As part of its objective to improve customer satisfaction, Globe shared its plans of network modernization to selected Davao subscribers and members of the media through Globe Kamustahan.
Globe Kamustahan became a venue for President & CEO Ernest Cu to share his passion of bringing the best service to its loyal subscribers. He considers Davao as a very important market for Globe, and that is why the Davao region got high priority in network improvements. This also marks the first Kamustahan leg, and will continue in different parts of the country.
Aside from the exciting news about service improvements, Globe Kamustahan was also a night of fun and food. We were treated to a three-course meal served at the Apo View Hotel Ballroom. We also enjoyed the performances of local talent Juliet Bahala, as well as stage performers and real-life couple Isay Alvarez and Robert Sena. Comedienne K Brosas brought the audience to a series of hearty laughs with her side-splitting song numbers and funny impersonations.
To top it all off, Globe showered the audience with raffle prizes including an iPad mini. Leah was lucky to win a Blackberry Curve 9320!
We’re happy that Globe is gearing towards improving its network in Davao City. We hope other cities can experience Kamustahan and enjoy what Globe has to offer.
