Musicians On Fire Davao Launches 3 Songs from “Breakthrough” Album

Musicians On Fire Davao (MOF Davao) released the first three (3) songs from its first gospel album, “Breakthrough” in time for Independence Day.

The first three tracks launched are “Alab” (written by Kent Charcos), “No Other Name” (written by Jason Balibay), and “Ngalan Mo Hesus” (written by Armand Laurente).

The upcoming album contains 12 original, Spirit-inspired songs, three of which will be launched on June 12, 2019. As the country commemorates its day of Independence, MOF Davao aims to share its songs from the “Breakthrough” live album as a declaration of freedom that is in Jesus Christ — the freedom that anybody and everybody can receive in truth by grace through faith.

The “Breakthrough” live album project sings and declares God’s breakthrough in each MOF Davao team member’s life — personal, individual revelations from the LORD Jesus Christ through the Holy Spirit that ultimately aligned everybody into a common calling and purpose: to advance the Kingdom of God through music among the universal body of believers and followers of Jesus Christ, from here at home in Davao City to the ends of the earth, as led by His Spirit.

Musicians on Fire (MOF) is a group of passionate individuals, Christians from different denominations, united in purpose to exalt Jesus and spread His love through music. It was founded in 2003 in Manila by Drummer/Worship leader/Pastor Franklin Benitez (Barbie’s Cradle).

MOF aims to discover, train and enhance musically-talented Christians wherever they may be in the country — rural, urban and metropolis – to foster corporate worship for the glory of God.

In July of 2017, MOF was brought to Davao by Ian Gil Alba Fajarito, Musical Director of GMA7’s Wowowin and Worship Pastor of Praise Jesus Chapel.
