Vikings SM Lanang Premier treated us to one of our most memorable dining experiences. This time, as DavaoBase invades Metro Manila, I experienced a glimpse of the new menu selections in Vikings Metro Manila branches.
This August, Vikings celebrates street food favorites in the Southeast Asian regions, mainly Malaysia and Singapore. The street food variants have been given a major and luxurious upgrade to fit the quality and class of dining that Vikings is known for.
Check out the new mouth-watering food offerings as part of the Vikings South East Asian Street Food menu:
Soup: Bak Kut Teh (meaty pork ribs in broth)
The top 3 winning dishes for me were Bak Kut Teh (oh-so-tender pork ribs swimming in very flavorful broth), Beef Satay (the meat was fall-off-the-stick tender and the sauce thick and nutty), and Rice Pudding (ultra-creamy porridge with perfectly cooked rice grains).
This special South East Asian Street Food menu is available in all Vikings Metro Manila branches for all Saturdays and Sundays of August, starting on August 2. Meanwhile, Vikings SM Lanang Premier in Davao is set to launch a special Kadayawan menu during this month.
