It’s going to be a night of costumes, cocktails and other surprises at The Royal Mandaya Hotel on September 6, 2013, as it celebrates its 15th anniversary with The Royal Mardi Gras.
The event will be held at the hotel’s Royal Ballroom at 7:00 PM. Tickets are sold at P250.
