Run and have fun with Pisay graduates, students, teachers, family members and friends in the 1st Pisay Run: Takbo, Isko, Takbo! on January 15, 2012. Race starts 4:30am at People’s Park.
The Pisay Run is organized for the benefit of the PSHS-SMC (Philippine Science High School – Southern Mindanao Campus) Foundation.

3k – P350
5k – P350
10k – P450 (Finisher’s medals for top 50)
15k – P600 (Finisher’s medals for top 200)
Projects of the PSHS-SMC Foundation include (from event’s FB page):
1. Golden Hearts Club – provides financial support to maximize the potential of deserving scholars
2. Thinking Minds – for the gifted scholars and their coaches who represent the school, the city and the country and who usually have to find personal donations just to be able to participate
3. Faculty Development – to be able to maintain the high standards of education by giving incentives and continuous training for the teachers
