It’s official: We’re crowning the eclair of Charlie’s Bakeshop with the highest praises and compliments. The bakery did not scrimp on the ingredients, and it shows. The crust was airy and crispy, and the chocolate topping was bittersweet. The ultimate winning component was the custard filling: milky soft, perfectly sweet, and oh-so-generous!
We have tried eclairs from two other Davao-bred bakeries, but Charlie’s version shines above the pack. And it’s the cheapest, at only P16 per piece.
If you’re downtown and craving for a quick and affordable dessert, head on to the nearest Charlie’s Bakeshop.

Oh my! Must try.. are the eclairs of the same quality regardless of the branch? I hope so!
Hi Abby! So far, we’ve tried their eclairs at Damosa and C.M. Recto branches. It’s the same quality from both branches. 🙂
