cool. i haven’t gone there yet. naay Timezone?

    • DavaoBase May 12, 2011 at 9:40 pm - Reply

@Al: Hindi pa namin na-confirm kung meron ba, pero meron daw sabi ng iba.

@Jesse: Yes, Timezone is located at the 3rd floor, beside the cinema.

@Alvin: Haha, korek ka diyan! Well, wala pa namang Krispy Kreme store dito, so pwede pa rin!

@Tere: Thanks for the heads up. We tried a sample of Taters Cheddar Munchers and Fish & Chips. Masarap naman, pero pricey gyud.

we went to Italianni’s to have lunch sana but nag aayos pa sila sa loob so close pa. saw the poster of TGI Friday’s.

    masarap kaya ang Taters?

This is a real good list. Might have to point out the ones on the top floor, by the open air area: Figaro Coffee Shop and White Hat. For Food Court, there was Chicken Savory, Eden’s Lechon and Smokin’ Toppings. Outside has Chika-an Restaurant, Mang Inasal, Cafe Mediterranean, Mandarin (and the usual fastfood chains sans Jollibee :P) Also Mercury Drug and National Bookstore (being a smart-a** here, hehe) and Bench (how can you forget Bench, the sole cause of all the mayhem this afternoon, haha)

Were you able to catch DQ? Some people were posting up pictures na.

Hi Anya! What I wanted to post here was a list of the new shops in Abreeza — meaning, shops that arrive in Davao for the first time (or those coming back, like Max’s).

Thanks for posting the names of the stores that you saw! We’ll be returning to Abreeza this weekend to walk through all of their hallowed halls. :)

Hey dhara! I haven’t seen Forever21 personally in Abreeza, so I cannot confirm. Tokyo Tokyo should also be in the “rumored” list (thanks for mentioning it!).

i agree about the pasalubong thing. I don’t need to hassle myself anymore to bring-in big luggages or send cargo boxes. Seems this mall has completed what the other malls… But i agree with a classmate, hope Davao brands will also be flaunted in the malls… And, is this mall masa-friendly? Seems they have high-end names of stores… Padayon Uswag Davao!

@Meldz: Masa-friendly? Mukhang hindi. Pero laagan-friendly, super! Haha..

open na ang Cafe Laguna since May 12 daw. kanina lang kami naka try kumain. di naman kami pinapasok sa Chika an nung opening day sabi close pa sila.

Red Kimono – di ba ito new Japanese resto in Davao? open na sila. Forever 21-di kaya sa SM Lanang sila mag open? nasa sm megamall sila in manila eh.

Abreeza is the best mall na in Davao for me now pero sana they would clean up as often naman kahit di pa open lahat. May parts sa mall na may mga tao dumadaan na pero di pwede sa peeps na sensitive ang ilong sa abog hehe

    • DavaoBase May 15, 2011 at 9:56 am - Reply

@Tere: We haven’t seen Cafe Laguna pa, when we visited kahapon. Asa dapit?
@ana: Rumored pa lang yata ang DQ. Pero sana nga dumating. :)

@Leah, do you know Italianni’s location? dun kayo labas then go right. or kahit from starbucks ata lakad kayo sa labas papunta sa likod. nandun na side sa labas yung ibang kainan (red kimono, cafe laguna, red mango etc.). basta right side sya if you face abreeza.

Chikaan is open na. dun kami kanina. nasa harap sila near Mandarin.

We saw Maitre Chocolatier Boutique Cafe open na (near Cafe Laguna). Also yung Shoe Box di ba ni sila new sa Davao? regards kay chits. :)

I’m not sure if f21 will be opening soon in davao, as far as i know, f21’s are affiliated with SM, their current stores are in SM Megamall and SM Makati. Haven’t seen f21’s in Ayala malls.

even though those items were tagged at thousands but way lower than the standard international franchise retail tag, i hope these high end brands aren’t selling replica classAAA / overuns/ 98% close to original a.k.a FAKE items. LOL!

  34. Cam July 11, 2011 at 5:22 pm - Reply

Cocoon – is this the gadget/laptop bag store?

  35. DavaoBase August 3, 2011 at 10:37 pm - Reply

@Cam: Cocoon looks like a fashion store / boutique. I haven’t visited their store yet.

@not4every1: I’m pretty sure Abreeza won’t go for fake items in their branded stores. :)

M not recommending this resto… I went there for a lunch last weekend (October 16, 2011) around 2pm. I ordered some food and asked for a glass of water, i was able to consume 3 glasses of water from that establishment. after eating went around for window shopping then all of a sudden i feel a heavy cramps and pain on my tummy went home then the rest is history. since then i suffered 2 days of LBM and was rushed to San Pedro Medical Center only to find out that i got Amoeba and it was traced on the water i drank. I am going to file serious complaint about this and make sure to Mandarin Tea Garden be closed. Consumers be careful don’t risk eating there. The place may look clean but how clean is clean based on their standards??? I really cant wait to go back to Manila and blog more of this incident. We are putting ourselves at risk!!! Mandarin Management please re-train your employees when it comes to proper food handling and proper hygine.
