Spotted: Mobile Bahay Kubo

You’ve probably seen an RV or a mobile home, but this is just on another level. Check out this picture of a nipa hut “strolling” by Ulas.

Mobile Bahay kubo spotted along Ulas

This mobile bahay kubo was being hauled by a small truck, and is loaded with passengers (or residents?). We can’t also help but notice there’s a small slot on the upper part of the wall. Would that be for an air-conditioning unit? Astig.

It’s not a sight that you see everyday. This is RV, proudly Davao-style!

  1. I wish I could know where they buy these ready-made kubos. I would want to have 1 for our lawn… 😉
