WHEN: From 8 AM of January 14, 2010 (Thursday) until 2 PM of January 15, 2010 (Friday)

WHERE: Panacan, Lanang, Sasa, Agdao and downtown

REASON: Repair of 800mm diameter Mortar Line Coated Steel Pipe (MLCSP) leak at La Vista Monte Subd., Bangkal
