Magnitude 5.5 Earthquake Hit Mindanao!

Did you feel the ground shake yesterday afternoon? I did. Actually, everyone in our house did.
An earthquake measuring 5.5 magnitude at epicenter hit Mindanao at around 2:21 PM yesterday. According to the US Geological Survey, the epicenter was 100 km E of Davao, 140 km SSE of Hinatuan and 185 km NE of General Santos.
An earthquake with a magnitude ranging from 5.0 to 5.9 is considered moderate, which may cause significant damage to buildings with weak foundations.
