DavaoBase Wins Gold Bloggy Award!
Being in the field of blogging for a relatively short period of time (just over a year), we are immensely happy that our efforts have already been recognized by others in the online world.
After being an official nominee in the Philippine Blog Awards 2009, we learned that DavaoBase was recently acknowledged as a Gold Bloggy Award Winner! Yipee!
The Bloggy Award review gave us a score of 10 in every category — Visual Aesthetics, User Friendliness, Reading Enjoyment, and Useful Info (which the reviewer pointed out as our site’s “strongest point”.)
It was also an ultimate delight to learn that the reviewer thought of DavaoBase as “the perfect example of a blog showcasing a city” and that reading this blog may make you “find yourself wanting to visit the city”. It is, after all, our main goal — showcasing the beauty of Davao to the world.
We are truly thankful for this recognition from Bloggy Award, and we will continue to strive bringing relevant information about Davao.
