The following Davao City colleges and universities have announced that they will NOT be increasing tuition fees for the School Year 2009-2010.

University of the Immaculate Conception
University of Mindanao
University of the Philippines in Mindanao (undergraduate only)

Yes, this news is true to the last drop. We’ve personally seen these schools bannering their “no tuition fee increase” ads everywhere (print, radio, TV, neighborhood talk… you know, credible sources).
Let’s hope that the other big schools will follow suit, perhaps in the next school year.
