I have traveled far and wide in search for the best maiz con hielo… naah, just kidding. I’m just one of the many who wish that stores offering maiz con hielo are as many as those offering its more popular cousin in the dessert family, the halo-halo. I love maiz con hielo. Halo halo, for me, is just too complicated.
I have tried maiz con hielo served in many different restaurants, and I liked most of them. But, this particular one I’ve tried this afternoon - I fell in love with it. It is the maiz con hielo of Antonio’s in SM (priced at PhP 65).

It’s perfect. I can’t say more. It is.
