What a sweet coincidence that Davao’s adopted son and boxing superstar Manny Pacquiao faces yet another big fight against Juan Manuel Marquez of Mexico in Las Vegas, Nevada on March 16 (Philippine time, that is. It would still be March 15 in Nevada), on the very same day Dabawenyos celebrate the 71st Araw ng Dabaw!
To support our Pacman and for the pleasure of all boxing fans in Davao, the City Government will be providing wide screens at the Quezon Park for free. This shall surely bring more people to where the celebrations are!
